Ebay is a wonderful thing. Along with blog-stalking. Oriana Kacicek does the most beautiful paintings, among them some truly wonderful portraits of her various ballet slippers.... Inspired by them, I went on ebay and got some used pointe shoes (right. me, ballet? funny. my cat would be better suited to the task.), and this is our current result. Three cheers for modern conveniences! And much love to you all :)
